Had the same thoughts yesterday. MLP gave me 1200, but other sites said I would need more. So I increased the calories manually to 1324; that's the number BMR gave me. Setting the weekly loss to 1/2, it would have been around 1400, so I thought trying it with something between 1200 and 1400. The first days I've been on…

My BMR is about 1324. So I changed my calories to that...will try this for a while and see if and how it works. I guess you have to figure it out with patience and experience.

I'll try the site, thanks for that. And that was a good point to mention...we're al different, so I guess I have to find out what works for me.

Wondering now what is "a lot" :) I want to loose 8kg, don't think this is a huge amount.
