I wholeheartedly agree with this... I also agree with the post about using that negativity in your head to push into a workout, let it pour out onto the gym floor and leave it there. Every workout can be a time to get your body and your mind right.

I average 11-12000 steps a day. Least I've gotten done in a day is 9000 and most I've done is about 27000 thereabouts. That's what I've observed since using a pedometer, at least.

You can add me as well, I log pretty much daily as well (except when I'm travelling long-haul) - sometimes MFP doesn't capture it because of time zone differences though.

I'm going through the same thing (weight hasn't been budging for at least a month), but I've stopped looking at the scale and looking at my body and how my clothes fit. I've found that I'm losing fat and it's becoming muscle (body fat percentage went from 30% down to 24% in 3 months) but my weight hasn't budged very much…
