I like your idea of getting to 150 and reevaluating from there. I'm 5'4" and currently weight 159 (I've lost about 10 - - 3 since I joined MFP) My goal is 140, but I don't consider myself big-boned. Take it a day at a time and feel GREAT in the process.

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 140. I'd like to stay between 135-145, if I ever get there. I'm in my 50's and it's coming off a LOT slower than when i was younger. It's 20 pounds and may as well be 50!!
