  • I'm wondering this also. My wedding is April 25th, 2015 and I'm going to a few bridal appointments at the end of the month - mainly to see what style I even like. I'm hoping to have it purchased (along with losing 20lbs) by the end of October. Will be interesting to see what the bridal shops say about my timeline...
  • I used to do it every single day and hardly saw any results and got bored. Cut back to 5 days a week, included additional cardio and one rest day and I'm seeing more results than I ever have. Your muscles need time to recover. She does say in the DVD to do it every day but as dshalbert mentioned, she recanted by stating…
  • Hi all! I know I'm late to record - was on holidays as of Thursday of last week but I did weigh myself on Wednesday but just forgot to record it. Week #1 SW: 218.2lbs CW: 215.6lbs Total weight lost: 2.6lbs This week is probably not going to be too great, but we'll see!
  • Hi all.. Natalie 29 - the big 30 is creeping up in November Vancouver, B.C. SW: 218.2 Just weighed myself today so we'll roll with that. Ugh, so high. Was hoping for 30lbs by my birthday but not having any luck although my new fitbit is keeping me motivated. Instagram: natski83 Fitbit: http://www.fitbit.com/user/27HQYV
  • Ooo add me!! http://www.fitbit.com/user/27HQYV Just got my fitbit yesterday, so excited.
  • I'd also like to know this. I did my calculations and my TDEE -20% is actually 50 calories below my BMR.
  • Definitely going to have to invest in some lighter weights. I currently use 10lbs, but the side lunges with arm raises isn't going to happen with them!! Too heavy! Going to have to pick up some 5lbs tonight before day 3.
  • I started on Sunday but I'll join in on this. Everyone make sure you take your measurements as this program will see more results in that regard vs. the scale. Current Weight: 217lbs (ouch) Bust: 45" Waist: 37.5" Hips: 45.5" Thigh: 27" Biceps: 14" Let's get this.
  • Thanks for this! I just stared the 30DS and eating at TDEE. After a couple days I've already gained about 2lbs, but I have to learn not to get discouraged. I'm not going to weigh myself again until after I've completed level 1 and go from there. I ate my 1700cals yesterday and was unbelievably full and it felt weird being…
  • I did day 3 last night, loved it, but I have no developed an injury. About 2 hours after completing the level, I went to stand and couldn't put any weight on my left foot. I tried stretching it out, ice and heat and this morning, still can't. There is a little swelling at the toes and the ball of my foot has a noticeable…
  • I was more sore than I thought I was!! As soon as I started into the first exercise the pain came, but like someone said, no pain - no gain. The push ups are the devil along with the side lunge / arm raises. I cannot use my weights on that exercise as it feels as if my shoulders are going to fall off. My calves started…
  • Hi all, I've been tracking through MFP on and off for a while but have decided that really, there is no time like the present to get it together. I used to attend a bootcamp but had to quit because it was a lot of money each month, and I wasn't seeing the results. Probably because I would continue eating unhealthy foods.…

  • Completed day 1 last night, yipee for me!! I'm a little sore today between the shoulder blades, but I use 10lb weights so that is probably why. I did bootcamp till about mid-March so I need something heavier for the lifting. I didn't like the push ups, but I don't know who does. Looking forward to day 2 tonight.
  • I'm in! I had a few false starts over the last ~ 2 weeks - had 30 days till my vacation and screwed it up - so now with 19 days to go, I'm going to giver. Plus, I have a dog who needs walking every day for the added boost.
