I was super sore for a couple of days after I started and I just kind of delt with it. After day 3 or 4 I had very little to no pain and my endurance is way up. Don't let the pain keep you from doing it though, pain is fat leaving the body (I think that's what Jillian said)!

Remember to take measurements of your hips and waist and take before pictures. You may not be losing weight (muscles weighs more than fat!) but you could be losing inches. I've lost 8 lbs so far and have stopped losing weight the past 3 weeks but my waist and hips are still shrinking.
