Hiii!! I so know where your coming from, two weeks ago I was feeling ravenous no matter what i did or how much I ate. I even binged once or twice and I felt awful then vowed to get my emotions in check and never do it again. The things that are really helping me keep my hunger in check are honestly: 1. eating every 2-3…

Everyday I'm over my sugar, no matter what I do. But because this weight loss is a new healthy and permanent lifestyle for me, i refuse to give up my favorites and instead eat them in moderation with much much smaller portions. My go tos are: Harvest crunch cereal with almond milk and some trail mix in there, chocolate…

I've lost all my weight consuming lots and lots and lots of carbs. The key is that I eat complex carbs 75% of the time over simple carbs. You see, complex carbs usually contain my fibre and make the body work harder to break them down keeping me full longer without the spike in blood sugar levels that simple carbs are…

Aunt flo..that ****h. But to answer your question, Almonds or some type of low sugar protein. I'll eat half a chicken breast before I run to any junk because I'll stop there whereas the cookies won't be so lucky..

Welcome! I too was also the "chubby" kid. I never played sports, wasn;t forced too and grew up with an abundance of food and a ravenous appetite. So just like you I'm here to finally get rid of these extra pounds forever and have the body I know I'm supposed to. I'll add you and if you'd like we can do this weight loss for…

Reading this gave me that nervous/sick feeling I would get after every binge (which I still have every couple of weeks when I'm feeling this Sh)t) but having an open diary definetly makes you accountable of your actions and slows you down. Now I'm learning to eat all my favorite foods within limits and lose weight and love…

Welcome ! My name is Amoy and I've been on MFP seriously for almost two months now. I'm a single mom and going into my third year of university. I'm 23, 5'8 with 40 lbs in total to lose (12.5 down yay!!). Nice to meet you. I try not to take life too seriously but I'm borderline OCD and can't help it sometimes. Anywho I…

Unfortunately no, they seem to be the first areas of fat that disapprovingly disappears :( By the time I achieve my goal weight of 135 pounds I fear there will be large craters of negative space in place of the small mosquito bites I currently possess. For some reason I see implants in my near future. Best of luck :P

I am NOT married or even in a relationship BUT I do know that every single time I enter a relationship whether things are going fabulous or sour I ALWAYS gain 10-20 lbs. I think its the comfort and the "oh, he'll love me at any size" mentality. Even when I would try dieting and exercising to lose the weight it wouldn't…

Hey, First of all, congrats on your initial weight loss!! I'm Amoy and I'm only 6 pounds down to my goal of 40 lbs off. It's great that you at least recognize the signs of your old habits and behaviors coming back and are being completely honest to yourself about what will happen if you continue. I haven't reached my goal…

I'm 5'8 with 40 pounds to lose in total. I don't want to be tall n lean just tall n proportioned. My hips are huge in proximity to my upper body (think exaggerated pear shape). Its nice to meet some other people on the tall ship too :)
-
Looking good, keep up the good work! I can't wait to hit the 10 lb down mark!
-
I eat half-clean if that counts for anything. But I can't live without my sushi and cultural traditional foods in all their greasy, fried, and gravy-fied goodness. Just as everyone has said, everything in moderation will do the trick. Calorie deficit counts the most IMO and is working out great for me :)

You look fabulous and should be so proud of yourself, Amazing!
