Check out Tapout XT. Very hardcore like Insanity, just based on MMA training. See what you think! I'm moving on to Insanity next.
-
Without a doubt, Tapout XT. Like P90X & Insanity, it's twelve weeks of six days a week; the program is based on Mixed Martial Arts training though. EVERY workout gives your core a whuppin'.

Words I never thought I'd type, but here goes: here I come elephant penis!

I have C25K Lite (free version) for my android, and I also downloaded Runkeeper for free. Haven't decided which I like better yet (only in week 3 of 9), but I think Runkeeper gives you a better idea of splits and what not. And RK uses gps to save routes and distances, which is useful if you are timing your run instead of…

Last Week: 199 This Week: 199 Trying not to be too disappointed. Lost ten pounds in the previous two weeks, plus TOM... but, but, but.. WAH!

I'm with you. A stomach virus got me good, so I'm restarting today. Good luck!
-
205 last week. 199 this week. Over the moon!

I tend to aim a little higher on both the protein and fiber. I use the pie chart pretty much daily every night and aim for 25%ish on the protein. Also, tip I recieved from a VERY healthy friend was to aim for a one to one ratio for potassium & sodium. I'm never on the nose, but I'm not retaining water & I'm pretty sodium…

I am going to restart with week1 day 1 as well. The kids got me with their stomach virus. Pretty sure i'm dehydrated. Today is supposed to be day three, but I'm gonna take it easy. No Tapout today, or C25K, just taking the kids for a walk in Burnet Woods. Tuesday is my next run day.

I am in the second week of Tapout XT. It's a pretty hardcore program, but I REALLY want to be able to run. I am doing the C25K on my rest day, my yoga day & on my mostly upper-body day. The workouts are pretty much all cardiovascular mixed with strength training, so I figure that my best option is to run on the days less…

I'm in week 2 and have lost 7.5 inches. Probably some water, but I feel like the fat is melting. Also, my flat Irish bum is already firmer :-)

I signed up today for the Cincinnati Zoo Cheetah Run 5K on September 2. I think if all goes well, I will do the Run Like Hello 5K in my 35th birthday in October. Great way to spend a milestone: celebrating getting into the best shape of my life :-).

Hi, I'm Kasey. I am a single working mother of three boys, 5, 4 & 22 months. I started with MFP in March, but pretty much ignored my weight and exercise after less than a week. I just wasn't ready. I am now. I am currently doing Tapout XT & decided today that I needed to have a concrete goal besides measurements and the…

Bravo. I am hanging these words on my mirror. It's the tiny decisions that get us where we want to be.

Twenty five down, same to go. I'm using a stability ball & a couple of ten lb 'bells. How are you guys doing?
-
I'm on day 6. Loving it!! Add me and we can do this together.

-
Me too!

I have been using fresh red (sweet) peppers on sandwiches and it is YUMMY!

I save dinner recipes as I'm cooking on MFP to get a proper calorie & nutrient count, and immediately wrap a portion for my lunch the next day. I know, leftovers. I like my cooking though, & if I'm busy I know I have a proper meal waiting. It also reminds me what a portion looks like. Works for me.

Fiber & water help me tons. At the very least, it gets rid of the gargage. Oh, and I had a Big Mac last Saturday. Not gonna stress :-)

I'm in my first week, sore as hello but LOVING it. Question for you guys further in: My knees aren't great. Not bad, just not great. Should I skip the Plying and just do the Muay Thai or Buns & Guns in it's place, or am I being a scaredy cat? Any input would be appreciated.
-
Yay! So happy for you. Keep it up.

There are food temptations everywhere. Don't deny yourself, just remember portion control is EVERYTHING. Best of luck! Today, I completed the first workout in the Tapout XT program. I've been getting over a virus & using that as an excuse for not jumping in. Today though I did not stop until it was over. Had to modify a…

All I can say is WOW.

Thanks for the inspiration! Not really feeling the day today. Taking my boys to the park for some soccer!

I am working my way up to finishing these MMS conditioning DVDs I have. They are BRUTAL, but the movements are fun and make me feel powerful. Also speed walking 1 mile, 2x a day. Found a decent free app, Workout Trainer. Tons of free workouts, different levels. I've only done some strength training with it, but it looks…

I want to lose thirty pounds by September 4th.
