Heyyyyy, I'm back too! You probably don't remember me, but we're friends on here already. :) I've been getting back into it and working really hard and I will -so- be there to motivate you! I'm doing C25K if you'd like to try doing it with me. I'm not doing so hot, but I'm improving slowly. :)

I'm rice-racist and don't wanna talk about it.
-
Pleeeease. I had chicken fried steak and mashed potatos the other night. I still managed to be under my calories. :)

The push up ones disassemble, and you're left with the round plastic outer shell, and the plunger. They're actually easier to clean than a regular measuring cup (no digging in the corners with your sponge). And the plunger bit scrapes the sides quite well as you're pushing it out.. so it comes out quite cleanly.

The whole point of the thread was that she didn't want to eat it right out of the spoon.
-
That's sort of what I was getting at.

It prevents split ends and breakage, but does nothing to change the growth rate.
-
That's actually not true. It only seems to grow faster.

I squeeze in a 60 calorie coffee every day.. I need it. I use real sugar, and a little coffee mate.

My brother often benchpresses his four year-old :p
-
This! Or when you realize you can feed you and your husband two weeks on fifty bucks... Veggies are cheap!
-
Or that they were still around to nag.. Would trade for that.

Ugh.. My mum died some months ago and I really should avoid these threads... However.. she's just looking out for you, honestly. She sees your change in habits, and worries that you'll increase the exercise even more. She's not shoving food in your face or telling you it's all pointless, is she? She's your mum.. She…

^This. She's looking out for you, and worrying about you. And she's right.. Don't stress because you ate some brownies.

I have a Skynyrd shirt for a tour that I didn't go to. Guess I need to take that one back to the thrift store. Damn.

I actually like the texture of Greek Yogurt more than the goopy texture of other yogurts. It makes me feel like I'm actually EATING something, and it makes me feel fuller. I buy the plain stuff and mix in some honey and fruit -- it's awesome. And a little sugar from natural sources doesn't bother me one bit.

Oh, you...

I log everything. Everything. And if I don't know the calories, I'd rather over estimate than underestimate. I'm here to lose weight, not lie to myself.
-
AND I GET IT FOR FREE \O/
-
Present. You've already added me, but anyone else here can feel free to do the same.
-
100lbs? Try doubling that and adding a fifty. :)

I switched over to tea, for the most part. I still drink a diet coke every now and then (I have one sitting next to me right now, actually), but mostly just tea and water.
-
Oh my gosh, yum.

Like someone else said, I have to avoid caffiene oftentimes.. I'm not sure if it sets them off or makes them worse, but I know it doesn't help. I've never noticed a correlation with carbs.

I dunno, maybe I just got lucky, or maybe it's just my personality. My husband and I have been together for over 6 years now. When the relationship started, there was no bull****ting, no trying to make eachother jealous like a lot of couples do.. I told him I loved him, he told me he loved me. We have always been honest…
-
I think I'm gonna be sick... ..Can I take those calories off my diary?
-
^ This.

I've been with my husband since he was 17, and I 18. I'm 25. I'd say we're pretty serious. :)

They could put all the machines in little cubicles. With sound proof walls. So no one could hear me huffing and puffing.
-
Aww, shucks. :blushing:
