I applied! So into this (I'm actually in the middle of re-reading the series again right now) how poetic and motivational!

I've been wanting a bento box forever. I almost broke down at H-mart the other day, they had these really great round ones! But I love your idea, and I'm all about it. I haven't done it yet, so I don't have much to add, but something I've seen a lot, rolled egg (great with rice, and seaweed wrappers). You've inspired me! :)

1. Walk up stairs without being winded 2. Do things without having to think about if my weight will be an issue first (roller coasters, rock climbing, flying on a plane, sitting in a movie theater) 3. Be able to buy clothes anywhere 4. A smaller shoe size (or at least get out of wide widths)

I grew up with diabetic parents, so diet soda was just part of my life for a really long time (I'm not a fan of the taste), I don't think there's much of a difference since it's all bad for you, but I've since given soda up in general. When I do get the craving for soda I just make room in my calories, and go for a can of…

I don't really, I sometimes will stand and stretch, or go for a quick walk when I take a bathroom break or something, but unfortunately we live in a sedentary world, so you have to adjust. Just be sure to get a workout in daily and you'll be OK. It sucks to have to sit and stare at screens all day (trust me I know, I'm…

I hear you, I'd love to be looking at a 100lb loss, but it's a very slow process. I've started and failed and started and failed, and I finally feel pretty good. I'd love to offer some support!

wow, wow, wow, you look amazing, I hope to be where you are in a year or two, you are inspiring. Also, sidenote, I love your BMO sweater!

You are right about that! My main worry is getting completely off track after being sick for a while, it just gets your off your rhythm. Wondering what people do to combat that/get back in the swing :) thanks for the reply!

Thanks for the reply, and yes I have been chicken souping it up for days! And thanks for the advice, my main form of exercise is walking, but I've just been feeling tired, guess I better just listen to my body for now! Have a good one :)

Thanks for the replies everyone! This is really helpful, I appreciate it, and will not waste my precious dollars! Have a healthy day :)

What a transformation you've had so far. What kinds of things really helped you and have helped you to keep going through this slow (but very rewarding) process? Great job!!

Such a great job, you look so great, you look happier, and younger! Way to go!

http://www.walkathome.com/ this program is awesome, really makes you sweat, and it's so easy to follow and it's low impact!

Nice job! What hours do you keep?

I know that in general it takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. If that's true they're probably right on time, I'm sure no one is meaning to be too in your business, they are just excited for you and curious as to how you've…

I think you are doing great! I've started and failed so many times, I've had this account for so long, but I just came back myself. Life can really get in the way, but just keep doing what your doing. I just started doing the Walk at Home program (it's Leslie Sansone's DVDs-previously called Walk away the Pounds) and it…

I just started doing the Walk at Home program. It's Leslie Sansone's updated program, formally known as Walk Away the Pounds. It's walking in place with a few aerobic moves mixed in. I am over 300lbs and am able to do it easily while still breaking a sweat and feeling like I've done a great workout. The DVDs are very…

Thanks! And I do drink a lot of calories, I'm trying to get that under control. I appreciate all of the advise! You guys are awesome :)

Thank you all so much. I will make my diary public so if anyone wants to take a look feel free. I do like to drink lots of water and I actually just gave up soda (for lent, but I'm going to try to keep that up even after Easter). Thanks so much for the encouragement!

Good luck! I know exactly how you feel...I struggle to keep it going every week (had a bad week last week), but I'm doing the gym today and I'm planning a good week!

Anyone can be happy, and anyone can be miserable. Some of the nastiest most self loathing people I've met have been extremely thin, and completely unhappy. Also, being fat does not inhibit you from having a full and good life unless you let it. I'm fat but I still have a wonderful boyfriend whom I love, amazing friends, a…

I did see that, and I totally hear you on that one, it's not that she's perfect, but really who is. I just like that she's trying to put a positive spin on things, and she just seems to have this no BS attitude, and she likes who she is, fat or not. I'm not saying she doesn't seem spoiled by her parents (because she does),…
