Cheat Day Regrets

Does anyone use Daily Burn? Changed my goals, and now I'm supposed to eat more?
I changed my goals to reflect that I want to lose about 10 more lbs than I had originally said, and I havent been working out as much, so I changed my workout goal to reflect that...and somehow, I'm supposed to eat more than I was? Does that make sense to anyone?
