Does anyone use Daily Burn? I've been seeing a lot of commercials, and while I have a gym membership, a lot of days I just end up either going for a walk, or playing a Dance game on my Wii and doing some strength training at home, so I thought it might be a good alternative.

Thoughts?

Thanks so much!

I think I have a code for a free 30 (might even be 60) day membership, if you would like to try it. I got it in a curated health/wellness box and am unlikely to use it myself. Message me if you're interested.

Check out Fitness Blender, it's free and has a lot of variety depending on how you are feeling on any given day.

I was on Daily Burn for 2 years. Nice web site and there's plenty of helpful info but I moved here because it's free.

Im currently on it and I really love it. The workouts are great and I love all the instructors. Plus cheaper than a gym membership. At the end of the workout they tell you how much calories you burned.
