I changed my goals to reflect that I want to lose about 10 more lbs than I had originally said, and I havent been working out as much, so I changed my workout goal to reflect that...and somehow, I'm supposed to eat more than I was?
Does that make sense to anyone?

Have you already lost some. If I would adjust my goals or just go through and keep them the same after I had lost around 8-10 pounds I would get a slight increase in calories. How much did your calories change?0

I've lost 9 lbs so far, but they went up alot.
I'm going to check it again...maybe I did something different this time?
Thanks for the comments.0
