Try a Gortons grilled Tilapia filet (about 80 calories each) and a nice side of steamed veggies, or if you need some carbs, try about a cup of cheese tortellini (no sauce, just a smidge of butter and a sprinkle of parm). That shold be around 380ish? Delish!

I'm 5'9, I am currently around 313, started at 327, and my BF is 6'2 and probably weighs maybe 160? He's so skinny, and he eats whatever he wants!

I knew a girl in college who made and sold weighted hula hoops...I never tried it, but if her physique was any indication, they work freakin wonders! Go for it!

Ahh! I know that most people I have asked don't usually get it because they focus on Football and Baseball, but if you know basketball, soccer and hockey, youre pretty much set! Good work!

I love bacon, and sausage and pretty much all pork products. I know people who dont eat pork, or keep kosher for religious reasons, but that is something completely different. It won't effect your diet unless you are really gorging...everything in moderation I say...enjoy the bacon!

Total gamer! I only have a Wii at the moment and dont have too many games, but I still play COD, and I rock Mario Cart, and Super Mario Bros and Galaxy pretty hard. I also still use my N64, played a good bit of goldeneye last weekend actually! Always down for a new game...gotten get a PS3 or an Xbox though! :)

Im giving up sweets...candy, cookies, cake, brownies...what have you. I think since my office is always heavy in sweets, that it will help me to get a hold of myself.

I'm no expert, but I'm looking at a can of diet soda right now, and it doesnt have much of anything in it besides sodium. 35mg in 1 can, and from the sound of it, you drink much more than 1 can. I havent found a sports bra that keeps everything in place by itself (I'm a DD) so when I work out I wear two sports bras. It's not the best, but it keeps them from hitting me in the face...:ohwell:
