If you have a lot to lose, I think as long as you're under calories you'll lose intitially. Just learn as you go...figure out what's high in sodium, carbs, sugar etc and you'll get it eventually. Don't go hungry if you have calories left, though. You'll figure the other macros out eventually.

I usually do something like a chicken alfredo for nights when I just want to do something quick. I cube the chicken breast and saute it with onions and garlic. I use fat free cream of mushroom soup and 2% milk as the sauce and just add more garlic (you could use garlic powder also). Pour it over pasta. I use Whole Wheat…

The carpet is the problem. I once weighed myself on carpet just to see what the scale said and it read about 100 pounds less than I actually was. It would have been nice if it was true, but not so much.

Yes, definitely add the jalapeno to the tuna. That's one of my absolute favs. I also saute jalapeno with onions and turkey bacon, then use the mixture in an omelet...delish. I have had a strange addiction to fresh jalapenos for over a year now. I even put them in my salads.
