If you are losing then you are doing great!!! Nobody says you have to lose at a certain rate. I have been healthy eating and exercising for 6 months and lost 27lbs. Everyone is built different and will lose at different rates. Just keep up your good work and you will succeed!

Alot of water fruits and vegetables. Fiber and probiotic yogurt. My favorite is Fage peach its the best one Ive tried so far and Ive tried just about all of them! Its a bit on the pricey side though.

I log all the stuff I eat. I try and eat healthy everyday. There are times I have a treat but I still log it and I try not to get outta control with it. I dont go a whole day eating what I want. I choose specific meals throughout the week and splurge a little.

Now WAY! me A SIZE 2? Not even possible. I am too tall..I might be able to be an 8 maybe a 6 if I push it...but I definately just want to lose the gut and be healthy. That is my main goal!

I eat FAGE 2% I love it! I agree the other yogurts dont taste that great.Since Istrted eating the Fage all other yogurts are screwed! lol They are on the expensive side but I eat them as a treat a couple times a week. Peach is my favorite.

I tried ketones for about 2 months. Then i stopped taking them. I havent seen any difference from taking them and not taking them so I dont think they really help too much.

I have one of those doctors scales here at home but even mine and the drs office scale differs. I never trusted the digital ones. I guess its your preference as long as you weigh yourself on the same scale. Good luck and dont get discouraged. Eat healthy and excersice. You will lose the weight. I lost 90lbs a few years ago…

Dont feel bad. Sometimes I feel guilty when I eat something that isnt healthy! But i just allow myself one day to eat what I want and i make sure I exercise on the day I cheat. I dont workout everyday and nobody should.You need one day off! Its not the end of the world :)
