So I just tried my dress on the other day and realized that I have to lose around 4 inches... in my back! Does anyone have any good exercises for back toning?? I'm starting to freak out!!

I'm not a big fan of water either, but I started putting lemons or other fruit into my bottle (I keep a 32oz bottle with me pretty much all day) and I like drinking it a lot more.

Working in a hospital I have the same problem... I wolf down my food because I never know if i'm going to have to run to a code and not get to eat. Unfortunately now I eat really fast ALL the time, even if I'm at home or out to eat! It doesn't help that my fiance is also a fast eater. I think I'm going to have to impliment…

Hey I'm Melissa-- and on top of planning a wedding in only 10 months, I really want to lose at least 50lbs by then! The big day is May 25, 2013... Here's hoping I can do it!!
