  • I'm drinking 2 shakes a day plus eating 4x a day. I found that part of my problem was I was calorie and protein defiant before starting to add the protein shakes. I eat every 2-4 hours with them. Almond milk is great, but contains less protein than skim, soy, or a lactose free milk substitute. Yes it is only 30-40 calories…
  • Very true! That's much more positive way to look at it! :)
  • Thanks, yeah the last few seem to be the hardest to lose. I'm trying to tone while I shed them with weight training and not just cardio. So that is partly why I haven't lost anything either, I''m turning fat into muscle.
  • Some tips to try, because I have a little bit from losing weight to work off as well. It's mostly patience because there is no quick fix to it. You need to eat plenty of whole grains, greens...veggies, fruits, and proteins that contain omega 3s like fish and chicken. Avoid salts, more sodium less weight loss. Eating red meat…
  • I'm 5'5, just turned 26 with the goal weight of at or under 120. I'm currently at 137 with 21.5% body fat. I'm a small frame so I know that 118-125 is where my body should be without looking unheatlhy or just bones. Everyone is just a little different! Good luck to all my fellow 5'5 folks on hitting their goals!
  • It makes total sense! I have lost about 50 lbs since Aug 2010, but feel like the end is no where in sight. I hit about where I am last year gained about 10 back and then lost it again. I'm a size 4-6, but sometimes feel like a size 14 still. I see my problems areas more than others. I have been hitting the weights more and…
