mine's more co-ordination.& looking through 10 minute trainer again to saw all the crunches,planks etc,which i'm not too good at the planks & push ups too.but the main thing worrying me is having to use a door for the band,which we dont have on our living room.so was thinking should i try HHA first & get 10 minute trainer…

i get this too when doing them,on the workout dvd i'm doing the trainer says to tuck your chin into the chest slightly.i've tried doing them both ways & find either way still hurts.was thinking is it just because i'm a beginner or is there a right way to do them :huh:

i like the way this dvd is split into sections.at the moment i'm doing the first 1 which is the tone blaster,& then the belly blaster & cool down,as they both seem to be in 1 section on the actual dvd.i've been doing it for just over a week,& i'm finding my fitness is definately building up, i can keep up with them better…

this has just inspired me to check my bra,but couldnt actually see it on the label(faded due to washing) i think it was a size 36FF or G(UK size) & have just had to get the hubby to tighten it up loads as my boobs were looking really saggy in it & cups were too big.cups are still too big,so am going to get measured this…

I can't drink 8 glasses of plain water a day,so what i do is put a tiny little bit of double strength squash into & bottle & fill it with water,then drink that instead.It tastes like flavoured water you buy in shops,but works out alot cheaper

Thanks for the reply. I'd say i'm a beginner too,have been using the kinect & your shape fitness evolved,but wanted something different.I had a feeling it would be hard to begin with,but that's expected & anything too easy,just would'nt be doing good i guess. Thanks again :flowerforyou:

mainly from having my last 2 children in just under 2 years apart.,my youngest is 4 this year! living next to complete neighbours from hell,so became almost a recluse(was too scared & depressed to go out) moving from a village into a town & being spoilt for choice on takeaways :tongue: & not exercising enough :embarassed:
