he does show you all the moves first & they're not that hard to pick up. *I don't have very good arm/leg co-ordination but am managing this ok.only trouble i'm having is co-ordinating the moves & tuck,tilt,tighten but that's coming on slowly.

Turbo Jam was advertised on on 1 of either mine or Dean's dvds,think it's the same person that does turbo fire. Turbo Fire also looks quite intense & fast like Insanity is. The thing i thought good about Turbo Jam was it started off at beginner level,not just throwing you straight into it. But don't think it's over here…

Will do, :smile: am thinking of getting Rockin Body(Shaun T's follow up to HHA) if it's available here,then Insanity after. If it's not available here then i'll do Insanity if I feel ready.If not i'll re-do HHA until I am.Though Turbo jam looks good too! So many choices! :bigsmile:

I'm doing Hip Hop Abs at the moment,didn't feel I'd be able to manage Insanity just yet as I was very unfit & hasn't really done anything exercise wise,except walking with a pushchair since having my youngest who will be 4 in June. I'm 5ft 3 & my start weight when i joined MFP in March this year was 171.4lbs. My current weight,as of last Friday,is 167.6lbs. My goal weight is 133lbs. Once I hit this I'll see if I'm happy with the way I look & whether I'll need to lose more. I want to be toned too :smile:
