  • I'm just beginning (for the 100th time...hopefully the last!), but would love to join in on this thread to continue seeing all of the inspiration. I'm 176 right now at 5'4 with a goal of 140. I was 135 - 145 effortlessly for ages until fertility drugs/pregnancy, etc. My non-pregnant high was 190. Seeing all of your photos…
  • Week 1 of JUDDDing! Very excited to get started. I can't believe I never heard of this before! I've been devouring research and stories on it, and finally decided to jump in this week!
  • Collier, I want that 20,000 badge so bad! My highest was 17,000. I might make that my goal in the next few weeks!
  • I've had mine since May and I love mine. Like many others said, I now feel naked without it. I love how you can link your Fitbit to MFP and your activity will automatically update your calories. It's one less thing to have to worry about or track. It was money well spent.
  • I wear a Fitbit and on days that I'm not actually exercising, I get between 9000 and 10,500 a day. On days that I actually do make an effort to get on the treadmill, it's about 13,000. I work a desk job so it is definitely possible to get over 10,000 a day!
  • I'm using TDEE and also have not found my sweet spot yet, but I'm trying! I'm 5'4 and 169.4lbs with a goal of 145 (although to be honest, I'd really just be happy at 150 for life). I'm trying 1863 calories per day right now. Most sites I've tried come up with the same number give or take 40 calories. I'm not seeing losses…
  • Wow! These photos are so inspirational! I'm also 5'4 with a goal of 145. I'm 166 now, but began at 174. Just started getting serious on mfp recently. Great photos guys, and fantastic progress!
  • South Louisiana in the house here!
  • I would love to have some buddies to help hold me accountable! I'm just starting out so add me and let's do this together!
  • I would LOVE to do the challenge with you! I'm just starting this journey here as you can see by my sad little ticker below!
  • I'm beginning TDEE -20% today. I've attempted MFP's recommendations and Weight Watchers several times and I wind up binging...every single time. A week of eating < or = 1200 calories and I'm in a dark closet shoving powdered donuts down my throat on Saturday nights. I started hunting for some other way because I know this…
