Did days 1-4 of the shred, missed yesterday because I was literally out of my house ALL day. Trying to get the energy to do it now before I start my day. I HATE her voice though. I put it on mute. :/

I make the effort to write a list of what I put in a recipe as I prepare it. Then, when I get a chance, I plug it into MFP and save it.

Also at 1200 calories per day and would LOVE more 1200 calorie friends! My life savers are Thomas' 1/3 Fiber English muffins- 8 grams of fiber and only 100 calories. and Arnold's Sandwich thins- they're lower in fiber though.

I know exactly how you feel and have had the same 10 pounds gained and lost a few times recently. We just have to keep our chins up and keep going. Eventually you'll break through a lose a little more!

My favorites: POPCHIPS! 22 chips for 120 calories and they're delicious! Haven't found a flavor I don't like. Right? I used to use a weighted hoop at the gym and it's just wayyyyy more fun. I get bored so easily with other stuff!

I enjoy pretty much any veggie (especially green beans!) with a little extra virgin olive oil (or I Can't Believe it's not Butter! spray), garlic and red pepper flakes.

Use the BMR calculator on here, figure that out and then eat that many calories. You'll maintain your weight.

Honestly, I've heard a lot of conflicting reports about the time you eat and weight gain. Don't feel bad! You have to eat! hah

Stretch marks are pretty much there to stay, although they do fade. You can buy pure cocoa butter and use it religiously and that definitely helps. As far as cellulite goes, I noticed that a lot of it is gone from the back of my legs after I lost this chunk of weight.
