I do 1200 now. I just eat a lot of protein and try to eat as much salad as possible. I don't go crazy if I'm over by a little bit though.

Yeah, tonight I went for a little under a full cup and probably should have only gone for the half. I put it in a small coffee mug and eat it with a teeny tiny spoon! hah :)

Buy yourself a thermos! You can heat up soup while you get ready in the morning, put some boiling water in the thermos and right before you walk out the door, pour out the boiling water and add your food- it will stay hot for HOURS. You can also pop rice or pasta or veggie stir fry in there!

Ignore that. My scale doesn't even have a .___ for the weight. Your body will fluctuate every day- sometimes by a pound or two. You've lost almost four pounds in a week...that's really, really good and any more than that would NOT be good. You have to tell yourself that you didn't gain your weight over the course of a week…

I actually have chocolate chips that I keep around. Sometimes I'll throw a few into my popcorn or something! :)

From what i've read, there are no negative calorie foods- even celery. Log it all! Apples have calories for sure and you definitely don't burn that many eating 'em

Because if you only see someone every so often, for them to spend the majority of the time, every time, telling you how beautiful they are...really makes for a painful one-sided conversation! Honestly, I haven't been hanging out with her as much for a few other reasons

My hair and just having to stop my day to take a shower- I hate it. I have to plan a huge chunk of time for working out because I haveeee to take a shower immediately and then start the whole wet hair/get dressed routine

3500 calories = 1 pound If it takes your body 1500 calories to maintain your current weight, you would need to eat less than that in order to lose weight. Once you hit the weight you want to stay at, you would eat however many calories it takes to maintain that weight because you don't have any calories to lose.
