I went down a whole shoe size .had to have two links taken out of my watch strap & my rings are loose on my fingers & thats on a loss of just over 30lbs... blooming waist isnt reducing by the same percentge tho gggrrrr! lol!!!

I find that if you make things from scratch it's cheaper than buying prepared dishes. Also it was the snacks, biscuits and wine that was adding to my bill - I don't buy them anymore. I try and base my meals around supermarket deals, three types of meat for £10 etc... and buy fruit, veg in season & from a greengrocers…

Wilt spinach down, place in the bottom of a shallow dish. top with white fish that has been poached for a couple of mins in skimmed milk. Use the fish flavoured milk to make a smooth white sauce. pour over fish, top with a sprinkle of cheese and/or breadcrumbs.bake in medium hot oven for 20mins. Delish

Fruit causes alsorts of anomalies. After finally getting a few days decent weather (I'm in the UK) i've been snacking on apples, cherries and all the lovely fruit in season & i've notices that my carbs have shot up. I don't think fruit is bad carbs/sugar though. Although MFP doesn't differentiate between good/bad
