Walked all over the place for 3.5 hours while waiting for the teenage daughter to finish her movie, lunch, and shopping with friends.

My nano has been working funny lately, I have to wonder if it is capturing my miles accurately. It seems like I covered much more than 4.67 miles today. But, C'est la vie, this is what it shows and I will work with it ;)

Day 1 and I am already behind schedule, hmmm.....I am sure a hike around Yosemite valley tomorrow will reap better numbers ;)

I am new to the monthly challenge, but I have certainly benefited from it over the past two months. So I say, thank you Dinos and Bluiz13 for keeping it going for people like me :) Today's miles: 3.5 elliptical, 1.75 jogging treadmill, 3 walking treadmill. Took the day off from the gym since I knew I would be putting in some miles at our hometown "fair". 6.25 miles is not bad in a space that is normally 3 soccer fields :)

Forgot to log yesterday's miles, so double timing it today.... 8/23/12 - 3.5 miles walk 8/24/12 - 3 miles on elliptical, 2 miles on treadmill, 5 mile walk

Took an unplanned vacation to the coast for awhile. Cool weather, relaxation, and I found a bit of my sanity while I was there :) Back to work for me couple of days (I love summer!!).
