Im on my smartphone and can't post pics....but if you check out my profile pics you can see my weight loss. Im just under 5.3 my highest weight in the pic with the blue shirt is 220, I started MFP in March weighing 206 and im currently at 158.

5.3 SW: 206 CW: 160 GW: 140 im very muscular ....with a large frame. I think 140 is good for me. Its been my experience that guys like girls with some meat on their bones. At 160, right niw I feel sexy.

I was wondering the same thing....I can actually do simple workouts and pace/walk at work. Here lately I have pushed the chairs out of they way and I stand, walk, do lunges, push ups squats. I spent a year and a half sitting all night at my post...no more.

Im a clean eater and I have noticed that my energy is great and I used to have (TMI) IBS really really bad, since I cleaned up my diet that has all but disappeared.

I've dealt with terrible IBS for most of my life, hardly ever had a normal poo. As soon as I changed to a clean, whole foods, healthier lifestyle it has all but gone away. What a relief...

Im a beggining runner and I have ONLY run barefoot....its the only way I don't feel pain as I learn and ease into running. So it must be good! I plan on buying the glove shoes.

A little under 3 months to lose 25 with hard work and clean eating

Well most important, I eat clean. I have been doing intervals on my treadmill, I started the 30ds and c25k. Im currently eating 1200 calories and eating back most of my exercise calories. Im getting ready to gradually bump my caloric intake up.
