Make sure you have a Banana before you run for your out put of energy, and wear a 1/2 size larger running shoe for when your feet swell from the running. Set a pace you are comfortable with and can maintain. Don't start out to strong, you might not be able to hold out. Good Luck, Great Job, Enjoy, It Is A GREAT feeling…
