Thanks ladies! All good info! I use a tea tree oil face wash with a clarisonic brush. Seems to help with acne. I also highlight my hair as well. I do the one where they paint it on and the dye never touches your skin so it seems safe enough.

I don't have PCOS, just wondered what pearls of wisdom the ladies of this group might have. I'm currently using the Clear Blue Easy electronic fertility monitor to track precisely when I'm ovulating and hoping that helps us get pregnant sooner. I'm 34 and feel old for just now trying to have my first child.

I like to use a dry rub on them and bake them for 30 min and then finish them on the gas grill so they get nice and smoky and crispy! No sauce needed!

I was just at all of the Disney parks in Florida in March, while I'm only 155lbs I don't remember the rides being tight other than the roller coasters which certainly need to be tight! I went through a nasty break up a few years ago. It wasn't over my weight but I used the gym as a place to burn off bad emotions and frustrations and it helped me cope and move one. Good luck, you're doing what's best for you!

I totally agree with the others..... go do some kind of an activity and earn some extra calories! Otherwise have a protein shake and call it a night.

Well eggs are cheap and easy and can be prepared all kinds of ways you just have to google recipes. For water, I drink mine with lemon. I find myself craving it. Try different things until you find something you like. Calories in/Calories out will be what you need to hang your hat on. You don't need any expensive crazy…

I have my times where I want to eat between meals. I usually test myself first with a bottle of water and a piece of peppermint gum. Usually the water and gum get rid of the urge to eat. But if not I'll have a Kashi bar or something to hold me over.

In my opinion just eat whatever you want! I love Steak and Shake I wish they had one where I live now. Chili 5-ways is awesome, so are their patty melts. SOOOOOOO Hungry now :-)

I don't. I let my fitbit connect to MFP. I don't count any steps as exercise because it's just me moving around in my normal day to day life, no extra effort put forth. Only time I really count them is if I'm getting in more than 15K a day.

Do you take vitamins on an empty stomach? This causes me to vomit. Could it all just be that you worked out and took your vitamin and that your stomach is upset and you coincidentally had coffee with it?

As long as you're not smelly who cares! Do what you need to do for your fitness. When I used to workout during my lunches I would only shower from the neck down as long as I hadn't totally ruined my makeup. That way at least my body was fresh and I could get my clothes back on quickly and be back to work.

There are some really good grocery lists for budgets on this site just search for them. I buy a lot of my meat on sale at Safeway usually 50% off because it's close to expiration and then just freeze it. Eggs are great and eat what you can afford. Lots of frozen/canned veggies will stretch your dollars as well!
