  • I actually just found this group. I'm ten months pp, I gained 50ish pounds and have had to really work VERY hard to get it back off. I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight but my body is not looking the same ;-( I'm carrying a lot more fat around my waist. Oh well.....

  • I think what ^^^^ said is pretty spot on. Especially if you had surgery and gained the weight back. You ate more calories than your body needed.

  • I'm 22 weeks and I've started swimming for exercise and its great. Causes no aches or pains and is a really good workout in my opinion. Perhaps you could try that?

  • @fernt21 welcome!!! Congrats as well! I didn't have any symptoms in the very beginning either and then all the sudden stuff got real :-(. I'm currently 11w5d. I'm bloated, gassy, boobs are huge and emotional. Most of the nausea has passed for now. I've gained 8lbs unfortunately. Good luck! Look forward to keeping in touch!
  • My boobs got quite porn starish almost overnight as well. So I'm right there with all of you on the boob issue. Are any you ladies on the bump.com and part of your birth month group? I'm on there and really enjoy the pregnancy chatter from the other women.
  • @verykatie be glad you don't have all the symptoms that go with it. It sucks. I've gained like 8-9 pounds and feel guilty when I eat now. I know pregnancy makes your body gain weight but I feel bad about myself when other ladies are losing weight during pregnancy and here I am over here getting fat :-(

  • @VeryKatie I felt the same way in the beginning. Not really many obvious symptoms then things really kicked in. Constipation from the prenatal vitamins, sore boobs, an overall pukey feeling and hungry all the time. I got an ultrasound the other and saw my baby! Very exciting.
  • I have awful stomach issues. Always feel like I'm ready to vomit. Lots of headaches too and my boobs are sore. I'm just starting my 7th week. Things are getting rough!
  • Awesome! Another June buddy! How are you feeling? If I don't keep food in my belly I start getting nauseous. I've developed some serious food aversions too. Some things make me feel ill if I smell them. I've also lost my sweet tooth. I don't seem to want sweets anymore which I suppose isn't a bad thing!
