  • I was really teary eyed from your story! Maybe because it's so real, no fake gimmicky marketing tactics like Weight Watcher's has on their website. A true inspiration. sniff sniff.
  • My parents live near the beach...After my baby was born we went to visit, then 1 year later we took pics again. That really did it! We all have some story. • I've been roasting my vegetables in the oven on a cookie sheet with no stick cooking spray. Tonight I roasted arugula and tomato and kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Ina Garten does this often but with loads of oil...I modify her recipes with 1 TB of oil and cooking spray. Good Luck!

  • There was a point in my life where I smoked cigarettes. It was so hard...I would buy a pack, smoke one, then throw the whole pack out. Sometimes I would pour water on it so I wouldn't dig through the garbage. Today, I felt so lost without food, my snacks and I caved in to having 5 nutrigrain bars. WTF but that feeling came…
  • That's amazing! Please accept my invitation...I've been having a bad day with my meals and your story is enough for me to stay focused. Elle
  • I didn't have PCOS but my husband and I struggled for four years! We now have a daughter 17 months old, it happened naturally. All the treatment didn't help me. You may have better luck than me:) Stay strong! I know it's tough, i still get teary eyed thinking about it.
  • I just read a book about this topic..."Food: The good girl's drug" It's really a problem more common than people realize. Also, watch the movie Lbs. An eyeopener for anyone with problem binging.
  • Hope my story helps...I was really into my career most of my 20's and 30's (worked in advertising, and television and loved it). My weight seemed to stay between 140-150 during that time. I was never real thin but I always tried some diet and it sort of worked. After I got married, we weren't getting pregnant...I decided…
  • I'm trying to look at small goals as an accomplishment, switching from a sandwich to a popsicle...Last night I just had water but I know the temptation can be there.
  • Does anyone have trouble eating at night? meaning after dinner...I was better yesterday but still need some feedback. Thanks!
