  • I cut up veggies...my favs are squash, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots and spray with olive oil, then sprinkle with just a bit of parmesan...also like to sprinkle some garlic or onion salt on for taste. Very easy and very good.
  • To get up on Tuesday and Thursday to work out before school...I used to do this all the time, but I really have enjoyed my snooze button as of late!
