I use my digital scale daily. My scale has a conversion button for grams and ounces. I've only weighed fruit that is cut like fresh pineapple, watermelon, mango, etc. I didn't think about weighing apples, oranges, etc....lol, but I will now. do you exercise before breakfast? With not knowing this answer I would say you need more protein.

Unless you make it yourself or stick to a ridiculous serving size like 1 cup, it has much too many calories on account of the noodles and is extremely high in fat.

I would definitely have something starchy with protein to keep full for the remainder of the evening. You have almost 500 calories which is very doable for dinner. Wow! I've read other people's food diaries, but never thought to say anything. Who am I to do so? To me it carries more weight anyway getting advice from someone you have a connection with and not some random poster.

Can't really tell because you are positioned differently in both pictures. The first one you can see your belly button, but not in the second one.

I haven't used it exclusively, but I am in favor of Zumba rush. I did the medium length workout the other day and did not know it was almost an hour long. I burned mad calories. I also own Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 and I highly recommend this one too. It has a variety of different workouts with different lengths.

1200 is much too low for my bodyweight. I'm aiming for 1400-1700. A couple of days I hit 1800-1900

Back to Nature brand products are amazing. I love the mini-vanilla wafer pouch. You get quite a bit for the bag size. The chocolate chip cookies take the edge off my chocolate fix.
