That sounds totally miserable. :-( I agree with the posters saying a visit to the doc is in order. But for preventing it going forward, I've found it helpful to drink tons of water (even more so if you do a lot of exercise) and eat some foods with more insoluble fiber, like oats or maybe bran cereal. I agree with the poster above who suggested weighing the bones and whatever else is inedible after you are finished. We had these for dinner last night and the bones accounted for roughly a third of the weight of my portion! :smile:
