Peanut butter or nuts are good healthy, high calorie snacks to help you get you to your net of 1,200. Edit: typos

I don't there there is really any unhealthy meats- except for really fatty ones. I usually opt for chicken breast, no skin, lean ground beef, ground turkey as staples. Everything in moderation is fine. ETA: 8 oz of chicken breast is approx 240 calories, and that is a HEALTHY sized meal.

I don't like dairy products either- I take supplements.

That's what I thought. NSV = Non-scale victory But great job anyway!! :)

I was also really disappointed with Maggie at the end. Another thing I couldn't understand was that Maggie saw (and heard) what Glen was willing to do/endure to protect the group, and she still caved. Did she forget that her father and sister are both in that group still?

I used to have a free food problem also. I got over it by thinking: 1. Giving up free food won't hurt me in ANY way 2. My goals are more important than free, often cold, food 3. I'm not a poor college kid anymore where all food > ramen. It gets easier to say no each time.

Just get up. Don't hit snooze and don't give yourself time to "think" and talk yourself out of it. I've been waking up early for workouts, and it doesn't get any easier- you just get more disciplined.

GO slow. When I first started, I could barely handle the 60 sec intervals. Now, at a slow pace, I am on week 7 (25 min intervals). You can do it! Good luck!!

Level 2 is a beast. Feel free to stay longer on there if you need it.

You could probably use more protein in your diet.
-
Don't weight yourself. And drink TONS of water during that time- it'll help. :)

No one at the gym is looking at you. Just do what you need to do, girl! (That's what I tell myself.) :)

I have a very supportive OH. He's really thin, and can pretty much eat what he wants also. At first, we kept all sweets out of the house so that I wouldn't be tempted to eat it. However, over time, we've allowed more tempting foods back in. Willpower is a muscle that you have to grow and develop. Now we have Cokes and…

Rihanna & Nicki Minaj currently dominate my running playlist. They have really upbeat beats to keep you going if you're into that.

I don't think it's that bad, as long as you commit to your goals in the future. A lot of us on our weight loss journey try to bite off more than they can chew at first (restricting calories, over-analyzing macros, exercising 7x a week), so if you need to ease yourself into a healthier lifestyle- go for it.

It's that idea that ice cold water burns calories because your body has to warm it up to body temperature or something.

You weight seems fine, and 124 is definitely healthy. It seems that you're more unhappy with your body composition, so why not look into lifting to help you reduce body fat and "tone" muscles?

24; anyone feel free to add! :)

Gorgeous, gorgeous! I'm SO proud of you!

No one snapped at you for going over 1,210; actually no one really snapped at you. You have received criticism about your habitual unhealthy food choices and your attitude towards your diet. Please, don't be defensive and take all the good bits to heart and have a successful lifestyle change.

1. No one has yelled at you, really. I haven't seen an ALL CAPS post. We're here to help, and that includes some constructive criticism. 2. Trying is admirable. We all want you to keep at it, and make the healthier choices. 3. Stop relying on your parents to socialize. You can see your RL friends on your own, at a Panera…

I don't think you can change an existing entry, but you can add a new entry into the database. Or you can add quick calories if you don't track anything else.

Honestly, the reason that you haven't seen a loss isn't a lack of exercise, water intake, or TOM. You haven't been losing because you are not taking responsibility for your choices and it seems like you don't have the motivation to make the needed changes. I didn't know how to cook when I first moved out and went off to…

It's been a couple of days? Work through it and do modified moves if necessary.

I think she's great. Of course she comes off insensitive on TV- that is the persona that the producers have built for her and that she has to perform on her own DVDs. But her moves are effective and bring people results. Who knows how she acts outside of the public eye anyway?
