I weigh myself daily but only record it once a week (at a WW meeting :)

Nice job. I remember one of the first goals in my weight loss journey was to put the 200s in my rearview mirror and remember well the day that happened - set off all the car alarms in my neighborhood by my rejoicing. Woot woot - good for you!

Hi Elissa, I'm Debbie. 8 weeks ago I weighed the very same that you do. Today, 8 weeks later I am down to 195. You can do it and will. I joined WW and was very motivated to loss the pounds (would like to get down to 170). I like their program because it's not about what you can't eat, it's about every thing in moderation,…

I'm actually awarding myself with little things along the way. I hit 20 lbs lost and bought a new leather portfolio for work. Looking at a Wii Fit for 30 - but holding off until I hit my goal to go clothes shopping ;)

Hate when people say "ya know" after each and every sentence! Aaahhhhh!

OH YIKES! Think I will stick with a healthier, apportioned diet and consistent exercise rather than frequent bathroom trips and illness. Thanks for the feedback.

Way over eating - totally lost sight of the portions control. Joined WW in late Jan and have lost 20 lbs in 7 weeks; owe it to getting back on track with my portions and cutting out the daily intermittent snackathon.

Weight loss to someone who is used to eating whatever, whenever IS NOT EASY! It does take true determination and self-control. The moment you feel your jeans fitting a little looser or you can put on that blouse that's hasn't fit in a while, you will be on your way. Picture that, do that and stay focued. Only you can…

I second the peanut butter. Eaten in reasonable quantities, it is a nutrious protein (e.g., meat) substitute.
