Please feel free to add me as well - I'm not new but looking to increase my buddies for more motivation and support to get the scale moving! I particularly find it useful if people on my news feed are physically active, seeing that others have worked out always seems to shame me into getting off the couch as well.

I'm really glad I'm not alone on making unhealthy choices this weekend. Here's to a better week and possibly a slightly less unhealthy next weekend? Also, if anyone wants to motivate (or judge during these weekend binges) each other, I'd be down for some more friends who are active on here.

I REALLY want to lose these last 10 lbs before my July wedding!. Please feel free to friend request and further judge the heck out of and comment shame me when I mess up. I've been doing good the past 2 weeks and completely failed the past 3 days. I promise to do the same (probably more motivational from my part) for you!

I can't give suggestions because as vegetarian I eat the opposite of a low carb diet! but I sure can try to give motivation... I'm looking for friends on MFP too, want to go from my current 147ish (scale is broke) to 135 by next May. I'll send you a friend request :)

I'll support you if you support me!... I've never had the self control to count my calories every day for more than a week. My goal is to maintain a 15 lb loss by next May.

I wrap mine in aluminum foil, stab it a few times with a fork, and bake it at 350° for about an hour (or more if I forget about it). It turns really soft and the natural sugar caramelizes! I usually add salt, pepper, and a small sprinkle of brown sugar (both sweet and savory :)), and if it's not soft enough in the middle…

I have the exact same problem, except not having the initial maternity gain. I've been tracking my calories for over 10 days now, work out a decent amount most days, usually only eat a portion of the additional calories I burn, and even say I have a sedentary job (where I am actually more active). And I still GAINED 2 lbs…

As someone who rowed through college all I can say is that erging (aka the rowing machine), when done correctly and especially at the max resistance, does nothing but bulk up your legs (and make your back/arms sore if you're doing it wrong). I've been working off the rower's "tree trunk" thighs for a few years now and have…

Feel free to add me too! (and virtually yell at me when I go missing for days!!)

I've made this tofu taco recipe before and it is actually really good, as in this is the only form of tofu I have ever gotten my extremely anti-vegetarian fiancee to eat. Basically make sure it is dry enough from cooking, and add spices to your liking and you're good to go …

I don't know your height, but we are basically weight and body type twins! I rowed through college so my legs were huge. I've lost a little weight since stopping crew and leaving the undergrad party scene, but have not been able to get close to my goal weight. Every time I work out more I put on more weight, like I trained…

I really hurt the fat pad in my heel about a year ago and since then haven't been able to do my normal running, Insanity, ultimate frisbee, climbing type activities - It's been driving me insane! However, I actually lost weight since laying off exercising, and to be honest it just doesn't make sense! Just to rub it in,…
