I don't drink it hot usually. Here's what I do. I have a large 3 cup water bottle; I fill it up and drop in one bag of green tea and one bag of mint tea and leave it in the fridge over night. When I get up in the am I have 3 cups of refreshing green mint tea. yummy :)

I wouldn't worry too much as long as you're eating healthy, and enough, and working out... If you're working on strength training it could be that you're gaining muscle mass so the weight is a good thing. I would suggest taking your measurements. I have read about loads of people not losing weight, but inches. <3 good luck!
