unfortunatley it does curdle at high heats! and does give the food a real undesired taste. I use lactose free milk to cook with

I have actual food intolerances, I don't completely cut out the food groups just reduce my intake of them. I cant eat acidic fruits in large amounts of I am ill for days and certain vegetables as well! severe IBS and under lining food tolerances are not a match made in heaven but its finding that balance is quite hard.

I am persian/carribean! Most people are usually shocked and surprised that my dad is persian as people Think that persians only date each other! huff........I love my mix and personally dont see anything wrong with it! I use a HRM to get a more accurate reading of my calories burned....I make sure I am netting 1500calories every day as a general rule thats about half my workout calories

Mine will be being able to train my baby horse myself! Plus a new wardrobe, Tattoo and a holiday! I have a lot to lose so need my reward to be huge! But my biggest reward will be horse riding and being able to compete :happy:

I do feel for you was in a similar situation! however I am losing weight for me so I still kept working out! maybe you are losing weight for the wrong reasons...if your main reason is someone else!

I buy Promax Diet from maxi-muscle 38g protein 215Kcal 4g Fat 10g Carbs........it tastes really nice. The calories are based on you making it with water. I add 400ml Soya milk to get a grand total of 51g protein :)

Greek yogurt! you can honey and fruit to it! I dont like it plain....but with some honey it is delish!!

I love muscular and strong....but I handle great big horses...so being lean with no strength wouldnt work for me. Too be far you can do both do running three times a week and lifting twice. You can have the best of both worlds. My borther runs and does weights. I use to weight train and dance :) probably doesnt help lol…

I eat 1500/1600....... workout fives time a week and have lost well over a stone!.........so eating more does work
