Well Chalean combines everything you are asking for! I personally love it....... :happy: it combines HIIT with weights and yoga/zen at the end of week if you follow the programme you will get results was worth it for me

It is slightly annoying that people log that. I dont log my horses duties...unless it has been a full day down the farm working! We have all days like this! But if you want it badly enough you will push pass the feelings and carry on.....I suffer with depression and it can niggle at you all the time! I give it a firm kick and tell it to go away! lol you can do it just keep telling yourself you can and have been doing it! the feeling will soon pass…

I get mine done though work it costs £36 but I am sure it is quite discounted due to the role I am in..... I use to get mine done at my GP the nurses at our surgey do it :-) so check with your local doctor first

I saw that this morning! but you can modify the recipes to make them healthy if you choose to. Recipes in my house are more like guidelines than anything else if they use cream I use natural yoghurt. But rather a recipe with fresh food than a meal with unknown items in it eeeewww

7 days a week! I have horses so no break for me! lol I lift three times a week....intense cardio two times a week. Plus riding and Zumba on a sunday!

personally I don't think its anyone's place to judge someone else regarding what they eat........this is a personal journey. But I do agree I hate when I have been out and have made some rubbish choices then get nice comments.....................I do look at my screen and think "hello are you even looking at my diary"

This is correct! its more for the sake of digestion. if i eat late I saty up later but everyone is different so what works for one wont work for another just one of those things. plus I dont get home till after 6pm so would be hard to get a meal in before 7pm....its really about making it work for your lifestyle

They are high in sugar but taste so good. I usually have two with some milk or some fruit as they are not a balanced meal on their own :-)

i was on the injection piled on the pounds.....came off that had my mirena IUD fitted and the pounds started to come off. I cant imagine ever going on the injection again but have to get this one removed....ouchie! lol
