If you stay within your calorie intake under 2000 calories and burn some of that during the day, you most likely will not gain any weight. the extra weight would come from water or salt in your body..

Right now I am weighing myself once a week, so I do not get discouraged. I know that my weight may flucuate from time to time due to a heavy harted meal or more water intake during the day.. Bottom line is, I don't want to get to weight conscious. This is a life time journey and I want to make it as simple as possible.

The only thing I would say is don't set yourself up for quick weight lose.. 2.5 lbs a week is the healthy way to go.. you will not get frustrated if you didn't lose that 4 to 5 lbs a week.. Also, setting small goals each month is helpful too. This new change in your eating and exercising should be a life time commitment.…
