  • I used frozen chicken tenders and breast in slow cooker all the time. No problems. I often use chicken tenders, success brown rice, one cup of water and two cans of cream of chicken soup. Let cook for 8 to 9 hours while at work.... after cooking just cut chicken into pieces and stir up the rest and serve with salad..
  • 5"4" started at 266 down to 257 in about 2 months - which I feel great about due to being diabetic and hard to lose. God is my strength and power and he maketh my way perfect.(2 Samuel 22:33). I"m just trying to lose one pound a week. I enjoy reading what everyone is doing.
  • Count me in - starting April 25 1: lose 10 lbs. 2: Work out with dvd for 30 minutes daily 3: Stay under calorie goal 4: Drink 64 ozs. of water daily 5: Stay away from night cravings. Put in $1 for everyday I do not do 2,3,4,& 5 and give to Church Building Fund above & beyond our regular offerings.
