Yes! There are some great natural remedies. My favorite two are Pickle Juice (just take a big drink from the jar) or yellow mustard (a heaping spoonful, swallow it. Bananas, Cooked Tomato products, spinach, Yoplait Yogurts, Potatoes, Green beans, and I drink Bolthouse Smoothies here and there to help with more potassium because most of the flavors are LOADED with it :) I'm gonna try potassium chloride salt substitute soon too.

I appreciate everyone's advice. I'm not going to keep the weight because of fear of excess skin, but I'd feel a lot less fearful of that possibility if I had any idea if that was likely or not. I do want to look better because my self confidence needs that. But health is my primary concern.
