I used to use glucose tabs but I drop so quick and low without working out that I never get enough of them chewed as i'm dropping. Right now i'm 76 from 141 30 minutes ago, so the first juice of the day for me so I can drive home. Gotta add that to my calories for the day. LOL We'll see if I get a chance to work out today.

I pump too, an MM for the last 10 years. I cut my basal by 50% 2 hours before working out until 1 hour after and I still go low. I have been going back and forth with this problem with my endo and the CDE for the last couple of years. I try to make sure I don't have a lot of insulin on board while working out. I know there…
