I would eat a lot of canned veggies. there pretty easy to make- just pop em in the microwave. But to the bigger issue your weight gain. Yes you have probably gained weight just from a lack of doing and added eating. But if you are going to gym classes like 4 days a week then you should be getting enough exercise to help.…

Hi I am 128 pounds and I wear a size 6 in dresses. Pants 27 inch waist and shirts usually a large unless it is a fitness shirt then a small. Clothing varies greatly on me. I am not large by no means most people think I wear a size 2 or something crazy but I just don't lol.
