have you looked at what your eating for carbs. Also, you may be gaining muscle and that weighs more then fat.

i would say my would be a drink not a food. There are so many calories in beverages. Which most of them are just wasted calories anyways. although I do miss me a good cocktail.

I passed up a whole lot of chocolate bars that one of my coworkers brought in today.. :)
