  • I like to add onion powder and garlic powder to canned black beans and then simmer them on low heat to cook out some of the liquid. I will then have them as a side. I also like to warm them up and put them on a 80 calorie tortilla shell with salsa, shredded lettuce, and a little shredded cheese. SAY NO TO THE SOUR CREAM.…
