I will be dusting off my copy tomorrow. Although I'll be out of town a bit in September and unable to do it on those days, I will make sure I find other activity then. Just need to get back into a regular fitness routine, I think this will help a lot!

I'll join you guys. I'd like to loose 8 pounds by 10/9/10. I'm trying to get my husband on board too. Has anyone had luck with that? He'll eat what I cook, but sneaks extras. I know that nagging or being the food police just pushes him the other way.
