I TRY not to step on the scale daily..but the key word to that is TRY..so which means doesn't alays work.. LOL.. I do it to keep myself focus and not go off track. I do it for me. If I loose I'm super excited and say good job to myself. If I stay the same.. I say is ok.. that scale will move soon. I rarely get it to weight…

Yaaaay !! Awesome JOB !! whoohooo !!! I'm here on MFP for about 36 days.. and I'm at 11 pounds lost as of this morning. started at 245 and now 234. so I did the happy dance just like you did. Now.. 100 more pounds to go.... we can DO DIS !! LOL..:happy: congratz again to ya !

If I were single.. I wouldn't mind giving it a try...building bodies, mentality,personality together.. that's a wonderful start to a relationship. Could be something there for those that are single here.. :)

Let see... I am walking faster. Not running yet but walking faster :) Not so much out of breath. I have also quit smoking, so that's a plus. Many people have said that my face is glowing, looks more refresh and awake... LOL... I definitely feel better and the energy level has gone up.Thanks ... :flowerforyou:

I can't work out with a full tummy. My doctor tells me not with a full tummy, it can make some people sick.. .like me. So , I work out with an empty tummy. I usually do my work out in the morning. I get up around 6:00 a.m. and by 6:20 I'm moving. I don't drink coffee so I get up wash up and drink water and I get started.…

I work out 6 days a week. cardio - zumba 50-60 min taebo - 30 min 3-4 times a weeks zumba sculpt - 40 min 3-4 times a week I also keep moving since I am a catering sales manager ..

I find that when I eat my whole wheat toast - 2 slices with either laughing cow cheese one wedge, or butter or peanut butter accompanied by banana or fat free milk.
