Try Enell sport bras. I saw them on Oprah a while ago and decided to give it a try, because I hated exercising with my DD's. They're on the expensive side compared to other bras, but definitely worth it to me.

For me it's mostly been cutting out processed food and some white carbs, except white rice. I'm half asian, so I can't get rid of my rice. :) But I have cut my portion of rice though and it has helped a lot. I haven't done a lot of exercise, but I'm hoping to start today at least doing 5 days a week of cardio.

WHEN I reach my goal of 10 lb's, I will...do a happy dance, it won't be pretty (I can't dance) but I'm doing it! :) Then maybe go get my nails done since I haven't had them done in over a year and then start on the next 10 lbs.

Don't forget the sodium. Most of the sauces are crazy high and you could eat your whole days worth with one meal! Will hopefully go for at least one 60 minute hike this week and do at least 30 mins of cardio five of the other days. I've been pretty much eating 1200 to 1400 calories per day, so I just need to make sure I keep it up.

If you have an iphone I would recommend Lose Weight with Andrew Johnson, it's $2.99 for the app. It's not a bad price at all. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I noticed just today that the past 4 days I haven't craved any sweets, which is amazing for me. In fact I'm not even that hungry.

Mine was raw spinach. I absolutely love spinach and put it in everything, but that was until last week when I found out that raw spinach messes up the meds for Hypothyroidism. :-(

So my scale says that I didn't lose anything this week, but it's TOM this week and I'm hopeful that's why the scale hasn't changed. Usually it would show a gain by a couple lbs. Even though I didn't lose at much as I wanted, I'm still thankful I've lost something. So, I'm ending this weigh in at 274. Best wishes everyone!

I would also love to know of any foods to help reduce BP. My last check up the doc said mine was slightly elevated again, this was the third doctor visit she said that so she prescribe me some meds. I haven't taken them, I'm hoping the same thing to reduce my BP through eating healthy and exercise.
