  • i did the 30 day shred everyday with a 1200-1400 calorie plan and lost about 1/2 a pound after each 10 day level and some centimeters from my measurments. I did Zumba for 30 days with the same calorie plan and lost more or less 2 pounds after each 10 days. i stick with Zumba, Insanity and cardio classes at the gym.
