  • I like the idea of 2 days on and 1 day off and then 2 days. If you take 2 days off consecutively you feel like to you have just started new all over again. I am going to try th 2days on and 1 off. I am on week 2. This is my second time around trying her tape. I am more motivated now. Can anyone tell me how to track this…
